The hotel is conveniently located near Long Beach and Seven Presidents Beach, ideal for events at Monmouth University. The service was exceptional, especially from the friendly and professional staff. While the dining options were somewhat limited, the included breakfast was a nice touch. The rooms, although spacious and comfortable, had a lingering smell of smoke, which was disappointing.

The hotel rooms were not bad; they were spacious and quiet, although a bit smaller than expected. It seemed like they might not have been used in a few days, letting some water in. The service at the front desk was very indifferent, with most staff not greeting guests properly. Some staff members, however, went above and beyond to assist and even offered snacks. The location was quiet and convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, highways, and the shore. The dining experience offered a good variety of food and was mostly satisfying. The facilities were decent, catering to different needs.

The hotel rooms were superb, with a Keurig, microwave, and fridge providing convenience. They were impeccably clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for access. Despite needing an update and cleaning, the location was quiet and ideal for shopping, dining, and accessing the highway and shore.
